LO1 Example of a narrative music video

This is the music video for the Joyner Lucas song "Ross Capicchioni" which is a narrative story about a real life event that happened in Detroit between a gang member and a student. The song goes over both the gang member and the students life and what lead up to the event, with this we can delve into the mind of a murderer and what he was thinking during the altercation; same goes for the student while he was being killed. The music video is also all shot in a FPS to create more realism and empathy for the audience, showing the way this is a narrative structure and story.

Directed by Motion Family and produced by Joyner Lucas and Lord Khep, the music video was uploaded and distributed on Youtube, where it gained over seventeen million views through the years, this was able to show the tradgedy of what happed to Ross Capicchioni.
