LO1 Example of a performance music video

 

This is an example of a performance music video by Drake, called "Laugh now cry later" which is about his success and his experience with women through the years. Unlike the previous song "Ross Capicchioni" The lyricism in this song is much more generic and stereotypical. So the music video many shows random clips of the artists and his friends recording the song, Which is know as a performance music video. 

The production company Free Joy produced the music video that was directed by Dave Meyers, the Product was then later distributed on Youtube and was featured on programmes like MTV.
